Too slow, absolutely mad having just eat drivers waiting over 1 hour for orders! This place is the slowest restaurant in the whole of eastleigh, the man told me more than once will be 10 more mins.... towards the end of the 1 hour and 10mins wait, He said there just packing it up 20 mins later the order came out! There is no excuse for this to take so long and they should all be ashamed that orders are taking this long! There were other people waiting for collection orders that were at Least 30mims over there collection time, if you can't handle the amount of orders don't take the orders its simple!! Ordered a collection and sadly disappointed with our food as the reviews all seem so positive. Salmon tikka strangely bright pink, dahl was quite tasteless and chalky but my partners chicken tikka madras was awful. He also said the prawn crackers were horrible. Overall, very oily and we both feel like the foods left a film in our mouths. Restaurant was tired looking when we went in to collect the food although the man at the front was friendly. We came here by accident on New Year's Eve having booked somewhere else in the area which turned out to be totally unsuitable. The staff were very helpful and pleasant and, despite being really busy as the evening wore on with tables filling up and takeaways being ordered, the staff coped calmly and we never felt rushed. We had a selection of dishes between four of us and I am gluten and dairy intolerant which was catered for in the tnai section of the menu.
