Last three years I have going to Thames Ditton branch and always had excellent service after today I’m never going back there

Other day I Waited in the shop over 5 mins just because this lady rather ignore me and finish off refilling the fridge and once she done one side I thought she would have the decency to come and serve me but no she ignored me and carried on even tho I didn’t have much time left to get to work so I walked out

Today she remembered me and on purpose decided to make the coffee straight into my plastic cup rather than mixing in their on pot , very unprofessional and I will be making another complain about this rude staff member,

This palace is nasty. Went there to buy a latte and it came with 2inch of foam. I was surprised by the low quality of the drink considering I was served by the manager in the shop. Considering how expensive their coffees are, you expect the manager to get it right, but obviously she doesn’t seems to know what’s the difference between a latte and a cappuccino.

I asked her to remake my drink but she refused and asked me to pay for it again which I obviously didn’t approve. Didn’t drink my coffee and left. Basically money spent for no reason.

Don’t bother going. There are much better Costas and Starbucks...

I turned up at three to pick up my too good to go order and the shop was closed when the collection time said 3 till 3:30 i turned up at 3 and doors were locked and lights off. Luckily i was able to get a refund but i just dont under stand why they say open till 5pm online but...
