Appreciate that with really little ones parents should always be around, but when they're bigger, parents would have appreciated the exercise park next to the kids play park.

A traditional recreation ground. Big open patch of grass with football pitches. Outdoor gym equipment and a small tight car park on the Windmill Lane side. On the Ewell road side is a tired kids playground, a decent basketball court and some nice tennis courts which need to be booked online. It is easy to find a parking space on the road for free on the Ewell road side apart from on weekend mornings when there is a lot of football played on...
