Domino's Pizza - London - Cobham — Restaurant in Elmbridge

Shockingly bad - despite 3 phone calls (2 of which they hung up on me) I finally requested a refund. I called was told 2 delivery attempts had been made but I wasn’t in!! Completely untrue & my Ring doorbell can prove…finally arrived an hour & a half later with a cold & completely incorrect order so sent it back & requested a refund. Another call & spoke to Jake apparently the manager (previously told the manager was Terry) & refund promised within 15 days of his accounts dept. approval. Paid £23 for nothing & now will wait 15 days to see if they actually give me my money back… will never use again! Ps when the email confirms your full delivery address it probably doesn’t help your delivery driver to leave off the postcode & house name! Apart from the lovely delivery driver the staff answering the phone are rude & unhelpful - especially when you’re trying to talk about a ‘classic crust’ pizza & the staff member doesn’t understand what you are talking about so has to put the manager on the phone! We are a nearby dealer with excess of 60+ staff and this is the closest dominos to us and we order all the time but last night possibly the worst experience weve ever had, the person on the phone sounded like she was drunk or something and couldnt careless to take my order kept making mistakes and even started swearing at one point (not at me but at the screen) That was just the customer service side of things bought the pizzas back had them amongst our collegues and who ever had the pizza is now sick and hasnt come into work because theyve had an upset stomach cause of the pizza

Also confronted the manager about the bad experience and i was just told sorry about that.

Have advises all my collegues and we would not be returning to this...

Ordered 2 pizzas & cheesy garlic bread. There was barely any cheese on all items ordered. In an attempt to fix the situation, I was told I would receive £20 off on my next order. Sadly the gentleman insisted that I did not need to receive this in an email or text as everything was linked to my phone number.

I rang the shop today as I wanted to place an order, firstly the gentleman told me the £20 had been used (which was untrue) , then after expressing my dissatisfaction he said there was never a coupon to begin with.
