I recently placed an order through the Domino’s app and accidentally selected the wrong store. Realizing the mistake immediately, I called the store within minutes to cancel the order and request a refund. To my surprise, the person who answered — who claimed to be the manager — flat-out refused to cancel the order or issue a refund, despite the order clearly not having been prepared or delivered yet.
What made the situation worse was her tone and attitude. She was unhelpful, dismissive, and outright rude during the entire conversation. When I asked for her name so I could file a formal complaint, she refused to provide it.
This is completely unacceptable behavior, especially from someone in a management position. I expect basic courtesy, professionalism, and a willingness to assist customers — especially when the issue is time-sensitive and the error was caught almost immediately.

We keep using this place hoping it will improve but it just keeps getting worse so I've now decided to write a review in the hope that someone with an ounce of customer service will try and rectify this dump before it's too late . Read moreNot the first time I’ve had an issue ordering from this site , missing items is a common theme, wrong items as well , a coke was ordered with my meal and a Fanta was delivered , a missing desert item also . Previous delivery’s have been left at my door in the pouring rain with no call to confirm it’s been delivered and not even the courtesy to ring the doorbell . The young lady I spoke to was rude and dismissive and tried to imply that I was lying to try and benefit myself when I was simply just trying to make them aware that I was missing an item instead I was rudely met with her telling me “ I packed it myself “ and I told her I have a ring doorbell and have the footage that will prove I was missing an item when I received the delivery I was told “ it will be credited to my account “ not even the offer of having it sent out as I ordered it tonight , I now have to pay for delivery on this item with the “credited amount “ just a ploy to make money it seems
