Friendly Café — Restaurant in Elmbridge

I cant say I disliked it here, it's a cafe and does what it says on the tin!! We had a waitress that spoke very little English and wasn't aware of how many forks we would need (4 of us but 3 bought over!) We had to ask for a lot so was made to feel needy. Food was adequate, decent portions. The main issue here was the toilets, you could smell what had happened in the mens toilet previously as the door was left open! This meant when you went to pick a drink the smell put you of ya lunch. The ladies was in a complete mess with what could only be explained as wee on the floor. Asked for chiken burger, and got some hasbrown looking something in it that did not resemble chiken, also the bun wad soaked with the letuce as it eas put to bottom, I that I was going to puke. So I decided to leave it pay and leave, I mentioned my complain, answer was next time asj for chiken filet burger (not actually on menu at time) And to soaked bun thay sad was normal....
