M&S Cafe — Restaurant in Elmbridge

4 of us ate at M&S Brooklands Restaurant, easy order 3 Soups 1 tea cake and a coffee. After a long wait 1 soup arrived and the tea cake , after 5 minutes my husband went to find out where the other 2 soups were , they said just coming , 5 minutes later they arrived 1 soup was hot the other soup stone cold , my husband took it back to be heated. This service I find is not acceptable , behind the counter you can see staff do not know what they are doing they shouldn't be there if they haven't been trained, even the manager wasn't on top of the situation. I love this place, the food and the coffee, but only when the coffee is prepared by lovely ladies! There is sometimes a young boy named NATHAN there, he shouldn't work there! makes terrible coffee!
