On Sunday 13/08/23 we went into this mcdonalds to get breakfast. My wife went in and ordered and nearly got back to the car and realised they had forgotten the latte, back she went to go get it to what she thought would be a simple process but as we have learnt that this particular mcdonalds has no customer service skills which immediately lead to my wife being questioned about the latte that they had forgotten, it took for a manager to come over have a 2 second glance at the receipt and hand over the latte. Then on Saturday 19/08/23 less than a week later we returned to the same mcdonalds for dinner having spent over £30 on this one occasion I asked for some sauces, we already had 2x curry sauces for our chicken nugget meals on order but none was given so I had to ask for curry sauce and bbq to which it seemed like I wad asking for a complete refund and to keep the food for the attitude and disgust I received back. The lady gave me 4 curry dips in total and walked off, I waited she came back and I asked for bbq sauce for the second time she chucked 2 in the bag so I asked for 2 more to which she then told me I'd have to pay. How can I pay for sauces when it gives you no option to add the standard sauces to your order when you order? I asked how much they was and she didn't even know she literally guessed and said 20p each, not a problem but I've never been charged for mcdonalds standard sauces ever. To make this situation worse they had a sauce dispenser next to us which I can get free sauce so why all the hard work? It was only becasue I was carrying this to the car that I needed the pots of sauce with the lids on. The lady who make such a fuss over the sauce is in fact a manager her name is Melania or something similar to that. I would like you to explain how we buy extra sauces for our meals if they are not on the self service machines and your manager doesn't even know the price of them? Just to top it off the bbq quater pounder i ordered was missing the sauce. What a fantastic service your offering here. I would double check your order if you visit this place and remember you have to pay for the sauces SOMEHOW!

Read moreI am gluten intolerant. I asked the staff here if the fries were gluten free. The answer was "I'm not sure, I'll check".. not a good start as McDonald fries are advertised as gluten free in there allergies chart. When I bought the fries, I was given an allergy chart showing all of the foods McDonald has and what allergens are there. The fries said gluten free. I took them home and ate them and became very ill the day after !! This is not good enough McDonald. A big chain like yours needs to address this issue. Your staff have definitely not been trained properly at this branch. You're lucky this didn't happen to someone who has an allergy instead of just an intolerance like myself as this could have been more serious !! I will not be going to this branch of McDonald...
Read moreThis branch is always madly busy, people love McDonald's; in a bit of a silly position imo, right near entrance to loos, so often have to struggle through the waiting throngs of people but I'm no motorway services designer. It is easy to order and pay at one of the many machines dotted around, which gives you a numbered receipt. The board where you can then see the progress of your order is also easy to see. The staff work really hard here and always seem to be cheerful and willing to help, I have sometimes been 'fast tracked' if they see I am disabled, a member of staff has taken my ticket, then brought my order to me very quickly.
