Avoid if you can, the staff are rude, especially the manager Steve. I went here with my 2 young nieces, I went up and ordered, and I ordered 2 kids meals, my main meal, some olives, other sides etc, the young lad took payment printed out the receipt for the olives, and told me he would bring them over and left the receipt for them on the side next to them as they were empty. When I went up to ask where they was the manager had said he checked receipt and they wasn’t on there? I was like well I ordered them and payed for them coz I see the seperate receipt for them come out, ans the response I got was oh well they’re not on there, so I was wrong? I know I wasn’t wrong as I know 100% what I ordered as this is what I order along with my main and sides every time I eat at nandos, which I have for the last 10 years. The staff are completely rude and need some training In 1 how to deal with customers 2 how to deal with missing orders not just a shrug and told that it’s tough basically!
When we come back to stay at the hotel again, for when we go thorpe park again, I will NOT be using this nandos I would much rather eat a sandwich from WHS Smith than deal with the appalling service there!

After 15 minutes of waiting with no food, we asked the staff about our order. They told us they hadn’t received it. When we showed them the confirmation and explained that the payment had already been processed, they shrugged it off, claiming it was a system issue and that, if we wanted to eat, we would have to pay again. They assured us that the initial payment would be refunded in 24-48 hours, though we had to use a different card to pay again. Angry but hoping for the best, we trusted their word. However, five days later, the money still has not been refunded. Upon contacting Nando’s head office, they said they hadn’t received the payment and would not issue a refund—even though the money is missing from our account. Appalling customer service! Avoid the place at all costs; if you must visit, pay at the counter to avoid getting ripped off. Read moreDidn’t realise there was a Nando’s at these services! We only stopped for a snack on the way home from Gatwick, ended up staying for dinner. Great service at this Nando's! As soon as I asked for the GF menu, the staff there could not do enough to help out with what items were safe for Coeliacs. Including scrubbing down the grills for the chicken before cooking. The Manager brought over a list of items, talking through the options available. A great place, very friendly and helpful staff. Cannot rate highly enough. You always know what you are getting with Nando’s they are a constant, but the staff here really went above and beyond and really made this visit something more. It is a shame that the toilets are not located in the restaurant (you have to use the main ones for the service station, which is nearly the other side of the building) but I do understand the reasoning behind this. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door, given a table immediately, from there on the service was attentive without being intrusive and always came with a smile.
