Zio's Italian — Restaurant in Elmbridge

Absolutely superb! My wife and I were frustrated with all the overpriced low quality italian choices locally to us on JustEast so we found this Zio's by pure luck on google.

I phoned the restaurant but the line was busy so ordered online instead which was really easy and quick. 2 minutes after i'd ordered my phone rang and a polite young lady from the restaurant apologised for missing my call and said she was just calling back to offer her assistance (if we needed anything)!!! Who does that? I've never known a restaurant to do that EVER!!! How lovely!

She then called back to let me know the order was packed and leaving the restuarant which would mean it would be a few minutes later than they had originally advised! I'll say it again, i've never known a restaurant to do that EVER!!

When the food arrived it was delicious and hot and the best delivered italian food i think we've ever eaten and not noticeably different from if we'd been sat in the restaurant!

Keep up the great work and wishing you every success. This is how good takeaway food can be if you care!

I have been a chef for 22 years this place was recommended by a trusted Italian friend who is also a chef. I went here with the sole purpose of ordering pizza.On arrival my welcome was warm and the pizza chef immediately engaged me in conversation while I admired a fellow chef in his prime plying his trade, the air was filled with delightful aromas and as I watched the dough being pressed ,caressed and rolled then topped and slid into the wood burning pizza oven I new this experience was one to savour. The anticipation and excitement of getting your pizza can only be topped by that first bite , wow this place is outstanding. This is the only place to get your pizza. I will be back time and time...
