American Fried Chicken & Pizza — Restaurant in England

12/02/2024 Ordered the other day. Unfortunatley didn't get my meal as they didn't pack it for our takeaway and took nearly an hour to get here. Very unfortunate, but will always come back for the amazing food. 10/03/2024 Ordered from here again yesterday, kebab was rubber, chips cold, and the guy on the phone kept telling me to 'hold on' while he spoke to someone else. And did this four to five times in one phone call. Then asked what my address was nearly 8 times, then had a lady on the phone call me and ask for it again. When the delivery man came to the door he said I hadn't paid when I did pay via the link sent by text, it took five minutes for him to find out that I had paid, with the language barrier makes it even worse as you can't understand them. They gave me 5 percent off next order which is okay but with being such a hassle I wish I wouldn't of complained. 11/03/2024 Ordered a burger meal with chips and coke and side order of potato wedges. It took 1hr and 20mins to get here, I live not even 10 minutes away. With the guy saying 'hold on' for another 4 times on the phone, I was getting agitated. Service is disgusting, and the wait is appalling. They forgot my can of coke tonight, so called them up and asked for one, he said he would give me 5 percent off, clearly he gives multiple people 5 percent off that he forgot he said he'd give one to me already. P.S. with the new menu I have just received, I belive you won't be able to keep up with it, it's too much for you to handle I think. Unfortunately since being taken over by new owners the quality has really gone down hill. My family and I have given these guys chance after chance and they cannot redeem themselves. Deliveries are always late, poor quality of food, unwanted substitutions instead of what you ordered (replaced with cheaper options) .. missing food. When you phone to get it resolved, they only offer you 15% off your next order. Rare occasion will offer to send out replacements but expect hour plus delay. Forgot a portion of chips from my order, told us 20 minutes, over 1 hour later we chased this up for them to not even send them out. When you ask for a refund they won't give it to you until they send their delivery driver to pick up your food!!! Use to love this place and was a weekly customer until the new management. Will loose a lot of business keeping up with this standard and to keep spamming your mobile number and emails with "deals" does not take into account that its not the deals that need improving, its everything else!! WORST DELIVERY AND SERVICE, MEDIOCRE FOOD AT BEST

Took hours for the food to arrive, for a small order with no dietary restrictions. Called them up three times. Over a hour after ordering they said they are about to start cooking the food, almost a hour later phoned again and they said the driver has left 5 minutes ago (I’m located 7 minutes away including the traffic and conditions) and the driver arrived twenty minutes after we had called. No apology and were rude on the phone, I have worked in customer service so know some days can be difficult but crikey how do they have jobs.

Food arrived and was burnt (guess that’s why they took hours to arrive) and had different vegetables than ordered :(
