Icecream and 2 cup drinks arrived at least 10 minutes before food arrived.
On food arriving she ripped the bag giving it to me and it threw it at me dropping it in the window.
On driving home along the dual carriageway my daughter screamed that the gravy had leaked over her, her car seat on trying to stop it burning her any more it fell to her trainers and flicking into the ice cream.
This manager is totally out of control running around flapping her arms definitely not calm and definitely not capable of doing the job.
Shes got no coke in a bottle so she wasn't going to give me a drink at all even though e paid for a bottle..
Due to them balancing the ice creams on the icecream we lost the icecream over the floor also as it was balancing on the cups and my daughters jumped up from being burnt.
The gravy had leaked over all the chips, chicken, icecream and my daughter as well as my car.
My daughters had the food bag on her lap and has got burnt all over her lap and legs because the lady didn't want to give us two bags.
The minute she ripped the bag and she pushed it out the window into my car she should of re bagged it.
The drinks and icecream should not come out 10 minutes before the food.
I understand it's a Friday night but the kid with the hickys on his neck couldn't take orders due to my order stuff up and the cars not moving ...So he should be helping out getting my order out instead of doing nothing.
Total shambles, bad management for sure.

Read moreI went on Saturday around 6pm and my experience was awful. The place had between 10 and more delivery guys (I don’t have anything to say about them, they are very polite and working hard) the problem was that KFC give them priority and the clients that are actually are in tables must wait ages to have their food. I bought 3 ice cream and I waited more than 20 minutes, I know “is just 20 min” but just because I told with someone and she gave me them saying sorry for the time that I’ve been waiting for a simple ice cream.
You can see how the order screen put numbers first than yours several times and delivery companies has always the first places, your number keep the same place in the queue and sometimes goes back again to the end. There were around 12 to 15 people working inside the restaurant and they all were super busy but you are not their priority. I wasn’t the only one that was complaint about waiting times, the were people furious. I think KFC must fix their system the created a new way to serve food so everyone will be happy. Read moreKFC is definitely one of my guilty pleasures. We don't quite get the American experience so there is less to get wrong but somehow we manage it. Firstly I understand it's a job but these fast food restaurants using Uber eats, deliveroo and other fast food delivery services need to make them use the drive through or have a separate pickup desk. We encountered 3 delivery guys blocking most the counter, pushing in to grab orders first, delivery bags covering the counter and floor.. they are really annoying at every fast food restaurant! Staff were constantly shouting at each other at the same time because the food they asked for hadn't come, pretty sure their manager was answering personal calls on a mobile too. Didn't seem important but regardless they got my order wrong, after battling back passed the delivery guys managed to get my order and eat. The general place didn't look very clean however, a cleaner soon came round and cleared the tables lazy customers hadn't and wiped them down. Will probably drive to another one next time I want some finger...
