Greggs — Restaurant in England

My husband was in Greg's today the staff all wore masks the people in the queue worn masks but 2 woman came over lent over my husband to get food not wearing masks & were coughing.My husband was not happy but they thought it was funny to completely disregard the rules.No wonder the covid 19 infection is going up so high in this area when u have selfish people like this around flouting the rules.Needless to say the Greg's staff didnt even put them right & they went out of the shop knowing they got away with it with an attitude of they couldnt care less.I wish there was an instant fine for these people but there isn't what makes them...

Ordered through JustEat, order turned up, had missing items. Called the store assuming they would have done the easier thing to do and just sent out the missing items, considering where I was was about a 5 minute drive away, but no. Told by the guy that answered the phone that I need to get in touch with JustEat for them to take up to 7 W/D to refund the missing items, and that if I still wanted the items which were missing I would need to place another order through JustEat and pay ANOTHER £3 delivery fee. Very disappointed this morning. I go there regular but things are slipping. No eggs for bacon and egg sandwich? Ordered cappuccino and received it half full . When I queried this the young guy behind the counter took my cup and filled it up with hot water. This was awful and I poured the drink down the drain. I don't know if this is a marketing trick to make more profit but this is ripping the customers off as you use less coffee. You are going to lose...
