So I was down in Yeovil to watch my Beloved Oldham Athletic Vs Yeovil Town so I headed to Huish park and after having a nosey around the stadium 🏟 and the Yeovil Town club shop.
I had done my research by Googling Yeovil Town Away guide and lots of sites said that the Arrow is a local pub/Restaurant that welcomes Home and Away fans so a steward said to Use Google Maps to get there by cutting through a lovely little estate as opposed to walking all round the World.
10 minutes later I had arrived at the Arrow Pub to see an Army of our fans in our home, Away and Third shirts including some retro Oldham shirts.
Huge bar and restaurant are, Pub was absolutely crammed full of locals, Home and away fans, families etc.
The Man City Vs Crystal Palace match was being on shown on every tv in the restaurant and bar area, Cracking atmosphere, Huge variety of drinks on offer from pop to non alcoholic to beers, Craft beers, Guinness, Spirits and obviously being in Somerset loads and loads of different Ciders.
As busy as it was bar staff did a great job, Super polite and friendly and extremely proficient, I opted for a Pint Of Brooklyn Lager that was crisp, ice cold well served and went down a treat on a lovely summers ☀️ day in Somerset.
I felt abit peckish so I went into the restaurant but and ordered a chicken 🐔 feast which was chicken wings, Popcorn chicken, Southern Fried chicken steak, Chips and a rack of ribs, Food came out in good time considering how busy the pub was.
Food came was well presented, Nice and hot and tasted absolutely delicious 😋 honest cooked to perfection, generous portion and the restaurant was spotlessly clean again considering how busy the pub was.
Really enjoyed my food and opted for another Pint of Brooklyn Lager and it again was ice cold, crisp and went down well in the Yeovil sun 🌞.
I finished my pint and walked the short walk back to Huish park ready for the match.
I post alot of reviews on Google and I always give my honest opinion on everything from food, cleanliness, drink, Service, value for money, setting, ambience etc and I have over 32,000,000+ views on Google alone.
I have reviewed everything from Locally to me and my Wife in Manchester to travelling around going for food with my Wife to travelling around the country watching my Beloved Oldham Athletic.
I have reviewed everything from Restaurants to bars to beaches to beach clubs to taxis to airports to flights to beauty treatments to Barbers to hotels to Churches to Basilica to shooting ranges to hair dressers etc.

Read moreAbsolutely shocking disgusting meal. Ordered 3 lots of burgers, rump steak and nachos. The only real edible thing was the over priced nachos. The burgers were very pink so sent back. Replacement burgers brought to table by female manager or owner very apologetic. I said I'd check the Replacement burgers cut one in half and it was even pinker then the first lot so refused them. She said its OK to eat as beef can be eaten uncooked. I was mortified at this stage. My young child was not going to eat a semi raw burgers. Tasted disgusting. At ordering they didn't ask if we wanted burgers raw. So expected them to be cooked The steak was black way over flamed cooked, I suppose the grill must be incredibly black for the steak to look like that. It tasted worse then being cooked on a bbq. The mushrooms were over fried and had a funny appearance like the were off prior to cooking. I chopped ordered medium to cooked steak however outside was black and inside was rare. Left a fool after taste and had to go to toilet to puke. Coffee machine was broken, didn't have a back up basic coffee. Nachos were edible but soggy. Compared to previous food we have had there this was revolting worst£76 I had ever spent, will definitely not be going back ever again. Today the morning after our meal the 3 kids have diarrhea. I assume fom...
Read moreTerrible. Turned up for lunch. Went to the bar to order, got told that bit wasn’t open, then the lady opened it 1 minute & 37 seconds later. Queued for 20 minutes, during which a member of staff (who had previously ignored us) barged in front of us, and ordered a pint, then tried to show off his Apple Watch to me. I would have let it slide but he did all this for a pint of bitter. If I cared about his Apple Watch, I’d have asked!
After queuing for 40 days and 40 nights (I was clean shaven when I came in, looked like Rasputin when I left) the girl at the bar told us they weren’t taking food orders! She was a young girl by herself swamped with orders, and having to deal with telling people there was no food when this could have been done by not having food menus everywhere and putting up signs saying “food currently unavailable” as the time we spent queuing meant I couldn’t see my daughter grow up. Gave up and got a Tesco meal deal.
The arrow? More like the oh-no. I was waiting so long, I had to go to the eternirary clinic next door to get put down. And to top it all off, the match being shown was Ipswich vs Norwich. And at the time of writing it...
