First visit today, having read some great reviews on a BookFace pasty group. My wife had a traditional steak, and I chose a traditional with extra gravy. They were scolding hot, so we chose to drive down to the riverside and eat them. Pastry was flaky and a little crunchy. The ingredients were a lovely balance, with great seasoning and just enough pepper. The extra gravy one was incredibly moist, but my wife also thoroughly enjoyed the standard traditional. A definite 9/10 from me and well worth a trip over the water from Plymouth too. Will be back very soon !!
