Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

The only thing I can fault any Costa on, is the fact that they do not do hardly any snacks or food for GF OR DF. Ok some nuts and a small cake that has GF oats and I can’t have any oats grains etc. plus has to be GF and DF. Starting with the manager at Kingsway, he went through the allergy book and checked what I could have and then he made me a lovely and most appreciated frappe. His manner was very kind and concerning, not only to me but to his staff and anyone else who walked through the door. The following week went back again and the charming young ladies assisted me again. They remembered me and we had a good chat about the allergy side. I must add they did check the allergy book just to make sure nothing had changed. On both occasions any utensils or jugs they needed to make my drink was put through the dishwasher, before use. Ordered a Costa on the app as I always do and clicked the no cream and marshmallows (as I always do) but as I went to pick up the coffee the barista (a woman with brown hair) said “there was no note about cream so I added it - baring in mind it was a coffee with oat milk - so I replied saying I did click no cream and she just stands looking at me, so I say I can just take it off myself I guess, but as I say this she just turns around and ignores me to go serve the other customer. Rude and unhelpful. I couldn’t drink it as there wasn’t anything to take the cream off and I’m dairy free. Very expensive. Not in the best condition now, and not very innovative. Couldn't even put up a proper sign that the door wasn't able to be opened due to the handle not being on the door... (there is a disabled button, that opens it) but very low.. so we, sitting outside had to keep playing "doormen" because the paper sign wrapped around the rail above the Button wasn't clear and people obviously wouldn't know what that was...
