Bambinos — Restaurant in England

Order was placed and paid for at about 2am was supposed to arrive at 2:30 am, got to 3:16 and still nothing had arrived. Called them 106 times with no reply at all which is abysmal eventually gave up hope as it got to 3:30 and went to bed. Called them up the next day and explained the situation the guy was fairly rude but told me he can get the food out to us for 5pm. He had told me there was an issue with the “JustEat Machine” so orders was not coming through, this was a blatant lie as we actually found our order just left outside on the stairs the next day with some of the order missing. the order had gone through they was just late and to lazy to make any effort. Eventually Food arrived next day and it was cold we had also found a bag on the doorstep when our food got delivered which contained our order from the night before. They left our order out in the rain without knocking or even contacting me. Fairly embarrassing on their part and not good enough. Food took 15 hours to arrive and...

Ordered this to come at 1:10am as was coming back on the bus, starving thanks to an earlier event overrunning, so didn't want to wait for food too long when I got in. Had a missed call before 1am from who I assume was the delivery driver (but who knows they left no message). Turned up at my flat a few minutes later (still before the designated delivery time) to find my food just left on the ground by my front door. Appalled this happened, will definitely NEVER order from here again if that's the kind of thing they do. Unhygienic and unprofessional in my eyes. The food was lukewarm, at best, and considering it had only been left, I assume, a few minutes before I turned up I can only assume it was barely warm when it was left. Absolutely shocking. My girlfriend and I have ordered from bambinos a couple times.shocking food service. We got a pizza, which had a burnt base, we also got scampi and chips, I kid you not the scampi was like rubber. You could barely rip it apart with your hands let alone chewing it for ages. I would not reccomend this food service to anyone! I have had some bad food in my time, but nothing as bad as this. I ring to complain, the guy sounds nice about it and says he will send a new order out for us... but guess what... exactly the same. The chips tasted like they have been microwaved. If anyone is suggesting to order from this take away, I WOULDN'T! I wouldnt even feed...
