An interesting little museum of local history. I visited when the Christmas market was on and admission was half price, only paid £1.50 and it was well worth it! The building itself is well preserved with lovely friezes and stained glass. Exhibits include a sedan chair, costumes, Victorian shop fronts, a saddler's workshop and Egyptian artefacts. Some fascinating information and films about the old spa treatments and baths. Recommend coming to check it out. Don't think it's too expensive to go in. It's right by the...

The woman at the desk was very good and told us lots of information. While the museum could do with some updating and sprucing up, I am glad that...
