Stayed two nights in room 5 on the top floor for our anniversary. Loved the room especially the enormous bathroom and mini kitchen facilities. Lots of little nice touches like the netflix being logged in and ready to use. The hotel has staff that are online and always available via WhatsApp. They are very responsive and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring Harrogate’s excellent shopping and dining options.

Room was clean and comfortable. Couldn’t hear any noise from other guests. Bed was fairly firm but not uncomfortable. We slept well.

We paid to reserve a parking space at the rear. We did experience a minor inconvenience (quickly resolved) as another guest was sure they had reserved our space but the hotel was not of that opinion. It was a bit of an awkward situation but luckily a resident across the road offered them a space so all was well. I’m not sure how this came about but obviously it was a mixup or communication issue. Once we were parked we were fine for the duration of our stay. We just felt a bit embarrassed that someone else had to move for us. There are other public car parks close by if needed and if faced with that same situation again I would probably just move on and request a refund on...

I was visiting an elderly relative in a care home just outside Harrogate and needed somewhere to stay overnight within walking distance of the train station. The Marmot was perfect for my needs - check in and check out was very straightforward with all the info I needed supplied ahead of time and easy communication with the friendly hosts. I stayed in Room 5 on the top floor which was very comfortable - I enjoyed the quirky, stylish design and artworks, the huge bathroom with massive free-standing bath as well as walk-in rainfall shower, and the very clever ‘kitchenette in a cupboard’ which had a mini fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. It was great to have fresh milk in the fridge on arrival along with tea, coffee and biscuits so I could have a proper cuppa! The Marmot offered everything I needed for a comfortable overnight stay and the location can’t be beaten. As it is so central there was the odd bit of noise from the street behind with groups passing by on their way to or from the local pubs and bars but nothing earplugs...

Excellent location, very very clear instructions for everything on the link they send you. The apartments have been very very well renovated and its the small things for me like tea and coffee and some milk in the fridge on arrival so I could have a brew. The beds are comfortable the bathrooms are very generous in size and the double sinks is a great touch The parking at the back is a bonus you do have to pay for this (£10) as there is space for 3 cars and there is 5 apartments, however I did not find this a problem or an issue just mentioned this to Steph and she sorted this straight away. I would definitely recommend and stay again. I think another review mentioned the fridge is a little loud at night it is, however we just unplugged it that was not a big issue. If you are looking for a place that has great location to town centre but still quiet so you can sleep, very clean and very well renovated then this is the...

Brilliant apartment. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Harrogate centre. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable with really great decor that was just our style. The room had a really well equipped kitchen and the sitting room was so comfy to relax in after a busy day sightseeing. The bathroom is really nice, it is really high spec and the huge bath is lovely. The WiFi door lock is a great touch to get in and out, and communication with the staff was excellent, we were a little chilly and they soon turned the heating up for us. The only thing I'd change about the room was the bed, it was 2 single mattress pushed together, other than that the stay was perfect. We would return if we ever come to Harrogate again and would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a getaway.
