Berry's — Restaurant in England

We found this lovely cafe on our journey home from a holiday in Norfolk. We spotted it on Google maps and saw in the reviews that it is dog friendly so we decided to try it, and were not disappointed!!!! It wasn't too hard to find, just off the main street in a carpark. We were given a very friendly, warm welcome, and tempted with a huge array of freshly baked goodies. The menu had a good choice to suit all tastes and I was sad because I would have liked to try many of the items and we'd only stopped by for coffee and cake! Our coffee was perfect (we had an oat milk cappuccino) and my fruit scone was fresh and tasty. My husband had a yummy piece of biscoff loaf cake and I saw him eyeing up the others on display too. The atmosphere was relaxed and we spent some time doing an online cryptic crossword (we asked about WiFi and was given the password) while drinking our coffee. I particularly liked the quotes on the chalkboard at the counter, inspirational food for thought.

We parked up early for an event at the plaza centre. We planned a coffee and a cake before hand but the cafe hadn’t yet opened. The owner saw me and my family standing outside the cafe in the rain and opened her doors early for us.

There was a toy box to entertain our kids. They even pinched a whole dining table so they could do some drawing/colouring.

There was a beautiful selection of freshly baked cakes and I can highly recommend the carrot cake!!

Visited for the first time today for lunch. The food and drinks were delicious and the service was brilliant. The whole team are friendly and helpful. A good selection of food and it seems like they will try to offer things off menu if they can accommodate. A small eat in area (5-6 tables). They did mention they will try to get ready for your arrival if you call before. The milkshakes look incredible. Working in Thrapston I look forward to watching this place flourish as it seems to have a huge amount of potential. I will...
