First time using this place. Hostile when we first went in. The member of staff that served was rude and snappy at us. We explained what we wanted, he was too busy telling a member of staff off he missed our order. We had to repeat it 3 times as he was too busy watching the staff memeber, and because he wasn't listening he kept asking us to repeat. I went to walk out but was stopped by my wife. Eventually got the order in, not a thank you or nothing just the card machine pushed in our face to pay. Told to come back in 20 to 25mins for the food. Can't seem to do one thing right. Everytime I order cheesy wedges I get sent plain. So they're charging me for cheese I'm not getting. And tonight just topped it off. Had some confusion with the app and delivery, not their fault. But when I rang up to cancel they told me I had to go through Yo-yo, makes no sense. Then I get a call from a delivery driver saying he has my food, after we've ordered from elsewhere. He suggested we take the food anyway and once again my cheesy wedges have no cheese.
