Black Swan — Restaurant in England

I used to frequent this pub and enjoyed every night there, however there have been a few nights where the "landlady" has been incredibly rude to quite a few of my friends. I understand that the pub gets quite a few people who try to cause trouble, but the land lady herself makes it worse. She is incredibly rude to customer, taking drinks from their hands because she has had enough of even of the polite customers. I was warned about her and ignored it as i began to frequent the pub. However whenever she was working she would make all the people around me feel unwanted. She is a disgrace to pub owners and should be disgusted in herself. She is abrupt, snatches drinks out of people's hands and argues with them because she feels like they are below her (or that's how it feels). She lacks any basic version of people skills and should be banned from working in customer service. Despite speaking to her on many occasion, she picks and chooses when she likes people and is incredibly unprofessional and rude. She, in general, should not be allowed around people, let alone customers. She is a mean, nasty woman that ruins the experience for all around her. She should be ashamed because she is ruining what would otherwise be a great pub. Please, don't bother wasting your time giving it the benefit...

So where should I begin, this is the fourth time I have been to the Swan and I really don’t know how to take it now that it is under new management. The owner seems like a nice guy and he does see interested and keen with regards to making the pub work. Although the atmosphere in my opinion has changed. Since the new management they are in my opinion are less friendly towards military. Now am not saying that the management but it is the way the new clientele portray themselves as in the are always saying how better the bar is and funny less military. However I have to admit the lager tastes so...

Seemed a nice feeling pub on entering. I walked to the bar,lots of people stood at the bar, not so many occupied tables. A very nice gentleman moved up to allow me access to the bar;and barmaid. I stood waiting,not long at all,while the barmaid busied herself doing what she was doing. While I waited patiently a couple entered the premises and stood at the end of bar. She noticed them immediately,she knew them,and served them. My fault for not having a commanding presence,or being known. Basic barkeeping skills fail. I left the Black Swan and...
