Quaint little place in the middle of Redruth town centre, which is an oxymoron in itself really. The place is a nice little retreat from the.... Let's be honest here, grimness of the town centre itself. A cute lighting fixture consisting of a light bulb on top of a high tea fixture. The service is quick, friendly and effective. Initially offered a menu, I opted for just a mocha, I was pre-warned it came with two shots of coffee which I thought was a nice touch, gave me an option to back out of the commitment if need be. Still, it's 9am if course I need the two shots. It's clearly a popular little place with every table filled up at 10am and it seems that every patron is on a first name basis with the staff. Not much of downfall as much as it is an FYI, but it's an establishment in which you can clearly hear all conversations going around you. I'll take my coffee with a side of unintentional eavesdropping please. Occasionally there's really loud banging in the kitchen area. Understandable in a small place but still made me jump each time. There's a nice little outside area to sit at also, albeit right in the main street so I'm unsure how the experience would be, it's on a really steep slope so maybe don't have your coffee facing you when sat there. The mocha matched, if not bested the likes of Costa and Starbucks and came with a cute little piece of Shortbread. All in all, a pleasant experience for killing a half hour alone in Redruth. Side note, to the best of my knowledge the place has no WiFi, and the signal is bad in the area so if you're going alone maybe bring a book.

Decent Bacon Sarnie and Perfect Caramel Latte! I popped in for a nice bit of breakfast. Chose for the Bacon Sandwhich on brown bread...this arrived in good time and was extremely tasty, and came with a nice fresh side salad. I also chose to go for a Caramel Latte and when I tasted it, I was really impressed! Not thinking of Boesti as a coffee shop but rather a cafe, I have now been converted and next time I want a coffee in Redruth, I am going to grab a takeaway from here as it was so nice! Friendly staff that wanted to please. A very good local cafe and would recommend their food as that of quality!

My friend introduced me to this lovely cafe today as it's dog friendly. Had the all day breakfast (veggie) which was lovely and a really good price. The cafe has plenty of seating but still spacious and roomy, nice light bright decor and the staff were cheerful, friendly and helpful. Can't ask for more! Will definitely be visiting again 😁

Me and my partner had visited here quite often over the years for coffee and cake. We were always greeted with a friendly smile and the staff were always willing to chat with us. We used to call it our little meeting place and so enjoyed sitting at a table in the corner, there, we would look out and enjoy watching the world pass by. However, over the last few months we could no longer visit as a couple since my parnter is seriously ill and housebound. Strange how quickly I am forgotten, or maybe they don't like lone men? A few times I thought I would visit here for a welcoming smile and a meal, but often my friendly hellos were returned with hard to crack, strained faces, I now just turn around and walk out. Although the food is good and the decor pleasing, I refuse to pay those who seem to begrudge me being there. I award this place three stars because the food is good, even if served with a "couldn't care...
