Hatters Coffee House — Restaurant in England

Popped in on a whim as fancied a nice coffee. Lovely location and building, staff friendly and seemed clean. However considering they claim to be a coffee house they didn't know basic types of coffee. Once I explained it was ok. I also ordered a brownie. When it arrives the coffee wasn't even as requested. Didn't even seem like a single was very small, the coffee was also weak and pretty generic tatsting. The brownie was way to rich and I enjoy rich food. It had some thick overly sweet frosting ontop. Not what I would consider a brownie. Overall experience was ok, had worse. If you are claiming to be a coffee house you need to up your game...

Does a fairly good coffee, but I had a beef and blue cheese salad here and quite frankly it was one of the worse salads I've ever had. The beef was cheap and straight out of a packet as was the blue cheese which had no taste. All the pickles were cheap and straight out of jars.
