Depending on who is serving can make all the difference. The microwave is used for some of the cakes and there is not enough training on this. Cakes should not go on full power as this cooks them, if you feel the need to reheat then do it gently or even on defrost. We had a slice of Bara brith yesterday that was steaming, too soft to pick up and as it went cold it went hard. I have had scones in the past that this has happened to as well and made them inedible. We also asked for the smallest americano they could do, we were told that the white cups were the smallest which we relunctantly agreed to but then it came out brim full and very difficult for the elderly person I was with to lift. I understand you may not have smaller cups but offer to only half fill (still charge full price thats not a problem) but just a little common sense wouldn't go a miss. This is such a shame as good experiences in the snug out way the bad ones. I do feel that every time I go in there is something that could be done so much better. I also ordered shortbread and millionaires shortbread came instead, the young girl although it was an easy mistake was quite sharp when I said I had ordered plain shortbread not millionaires, she snapped and said it was shortbread. Luckily the other lady explained her error and it was changed. I love the atmosphere in as long as there are no dogs as it is very small, but I do feel it could be so much better with...

Brilliant hidden gem in Bromyard! Offering tea coffee cake and some light bites ! We were looking for somewhere to have a coffee or breakfast etc whilst our car was in for MOT and found everywhere to be shut (Wednesday) then stumbled upon this little coffee shop ! Cappuccino was really good the Bacon Brie and Cranberry panini was huge and really tasty ! My partners latte was lovely and the biscoff cake she had was enormous we couldn’t finish it ! Definitely recommend !

Stopped in a quick bite and coffee with my family on a Saturday and found a local gem!

Hanna and her team were beyond friendly and made us feel right at home. We loved the atmosphere and set up and everyone was very friendly.

Coming from London we were pleased with the reasonable pricing of the food and drink.

Hanna spent quite a bit of time talking to us and giving us great recommendations for the local area which was great .
