Cosy Cafe — Restaurant in England

My partner & I visited this little cafe when looking around the village on our holiday (21/02/24) due to being recommended by one of the shop owners. The staff are very nice and welcoming, the place is quite small but you have plenty of room to move around and don't feel crowded. The food is all fresh and the menu has the names of the local businesses/ farmers they use which is very nice to see. The prices are very good for what you get. "You had me a cake, but I stayed for breakfast" - the sight of two ladies clearly enjoying a late morning coffee&cake encouraged me to try "Cosy cafe" - however as breakfast was still available that's what I had. Top quality ingredients - locally sourced I believe - loved the sausage. Fresh mushrooms properly cooked (which is often not a guarantee) and tinned tomato (which is very much my preference). Coffee was great and the price was appropriate for the location. Great....

Visited yesterday, the cafe is well presented with friendly polite staff, atmosphere was good, and Dog friendly. I asked for items of my breakfast separately ie beans and tinned tomatoes (these were over cooked and no longer any signs of whole tomatoes just slops) however this wasn’t done so when it came to eating the breakfast the whole plate was swimming in juice to the point where hash browns were soggy and inedible so sadly hardly ate any of...
