I stopped for a sandwich and tea and was very impressed. It's clearly a popular place, nicely decorated, clean and with friendly staff. There was a good selection of hot and cold food and homemade cakes. I had a tuna mayo on brown bread sandwich and it was good. Not soggy with overuse of mayo like in some coffee shops, and tasty bread. I didn't have sides as I wasn't very hungry. I really liked the presentation of the tea. A quality mug and a cute milk bottle so you can add as much or little milk as you want. There was subtle festive music playing which wasn't intrusive. Love this place, Sarah and her team are great. Lovely warm welcome, great atmosphere and gorgeous food, best butchers bacon and sausage sauced locally loving prepared and served with a smile. Lunch options are spot on too have a sandwich and choose to have sides it comes with 3 salad, homemade coleslaw and crisps or what ever combination you choose. Home made cakes too the price is so reasonable and the quality spot on. Love to find a local gem ❤️another huge bonus is its dog friendly too and there is ice cream and dog treats...
