Really appalling customer service. I just recently had my iPhone stolen in their store. As soon as I realised it was not in my backpack I went back to ask if an iPhone has been handed in. A lady standing at the entrance towards closing time told me to come back the next day. Next day I called the store spoke to the store manager Jamie Wilmot who gave me false promises and never intending to want to help me. A woman called Can who works at the customer desk was not helpful and very rude. She said I need to report the incident to the Police and the Police will contact the store to request to see a CCTV footage. After I reported the incident the police got in contact with me to tell me unfortunately Morrison’s have overwritten the CCTV footage that day my iPhone was stolen. I was very annoyed and disappointed with the staff as they was not the least bit helpful or sympathetic. Whereas the staff at Morrison’s at the Victoria Promenade was very helpful and compassionate. The store manager immediately had a look there and then at the CCTV footage for me without any hestitation. I feel if this store on Kettering road had bothered to act on my request then we could have potentially caught that thief. After this really disgraceful experience I do not want to visit this store ever again and I will tell all people around me how appalling the customer service is. Avoid coming to shop here, you would be better of going to Asda or Lidl or the Morrison’s in town centre. Big disappointment how Morrison’s could erase the footage knowing truly well that the Police will be requesting to see the footage. Very...
Read moredismal store. none of the ladies toilets are either clean or have any kind of privacy lock. no notification of the male cleaner either. the store itself is dirty and unkempt, at one point in the past 2 months every fridge and freezer has leaked spilling out over the floor all at the same time, now it’s down to just a few and whilst i understand that this down to contractors and not store staff it’s the store staff that are taking a constant bashing from customers due to this, there are also parts of the walls falling/hanging off unfortunately i dont know what the parts of metal are called on the edges of walls but these are what i mean
they are not utilising space effectively and there has been a significant drop in customer service, it’s very clear to see that staff morale is at a very low level.
the quality of food also has dropped significantly in particular the meat they sell from the butchery counter. whilst i used to shop in Morrisons for the meat and bakery section and their vast selection of fresh fruit and vegetables due to the significant hike and prices and severe drop in quality i will be shopping elsewhere where going forwards. Morrisons as a company must do better by its staff and customers. especially in a day and age where you have lidl's and aldis on your doorstep selling exactly the same products at exactly the same level of quality but at a...
Read moreI went to morrisons Spinney hill cafe the other day and let me tell you now, I am appalled. I was told that the wait would be approximately 20 minutes however, I was waiting for my little breakfast for 50 minutes. My number card was 33 and I was waiting for my food whilst number card 39, 40, 37, 42 etc were recieving their full meals!! Isn’t the point of numbering the cards in order is that you receive the food in the order you are given??! My friend didn’t even receive her food after they had gotten her order wrong and then thought that she had already received it after waiting an hour for it!! The waitress was satisfactory. She knew that my friend hadn’t received her food however had told the chefs otherwise. In the end the lady with the Christmas jumper had to give my friend a refund as we had already waited an hour for her food because of the appauling service and had to leave. This was watched by the whole cafe, the table next to us even showed their dissaproval and sympathy of the service we received. The staff were rude and unorganised and we will not be returning to the Morrisons Cafe at Spinney Hill. The town one is...
