Absolutely disgusting is an understatement..!!!! After Being my local cafe for many years I had the pleasure of being served mouldy food today. We only noticed at the end of the breakfast unfortunately (I’m currently recovering from eye operations so my vision is very blurred) and my partner pointed it out at the end which has made me feel physically sick it’s disgusting so I’ve obviously eaten mouldy food… It was quite funny at first hearing the chef singing and dancing in the kitchen to pink however it’s evident but not only the waitresses but certainly the chef needs to concentrate a hell of a lot more on the food they’re delivering let me tell you I will never eat here again we were offered a refund on a coffee which is a joke considering what we have just been served and let me tell you if it wasn’t for the young waitress in the grey Hoody with glasses this could’ve been handled a hell of a lot easier we whispered the problem to our initial waitress all in black who was great, so that no one else heard however the young girl with the grey Hoody who has zero customer service skills and is an embarrassment to other waitresses in their profession started to get irate with me which is quite amusing as I was walking away she then made a smart comment why don’t you go and do a nice review for us now so here it is , A picture was taken of our food and I’m now going to contact the council environmental health and licensing very disappointing the place has new owners now and this is evident

As for rude and obnoxious the initial complaint was kept quiet until we walked out and your staff member with the grey hoody was extremely rude as we walked away and so go away do a review so we have we been going in years the place is a joke it’s a shame ANDYS next door was fully booked ….. you have around 4 covers when we arrived you treat customers the way you have today you won’t last long especially when initially we whispered the complain to our initial waitress who was all in black she was great stop playing the victim lying regarding fresh produce when you serve mouldy food one last nite rude staff really get you nowhere if she wasn’t mouthy no review would have been made and it would have been put down to a simple error but as customers walk away you do not expect smart comments as your backs turned good luck for the future...

Paid £13 for what was supposed to be a full English breakfast, but what arrived was a dry, overcooked, and uninspired plate that didn’t even qualify as a “full” English. The orange juice looked anaemic—barely orange at all—and the mushrooms were so unappetising I didn’t bother trying them.
My partner ordered the pancakes, which were cheap, heavy, and doughy, served with a giant, careless dollop of yogurt thrown on the plate. The berries were the only redeeming feature, but even they couldn’t save it.
Both dishes were poorly presented with no attention to detail. It’s painfully obvious that there’s no pride, soul, or passion in this kitchen. The menu is bare-bones and feels like an afterthought, just like the food.
