Burger King — Restaurant in England

Been so many times but this is the worst burger king ever, this is certainly my last time. Even more disappointing as I've worked in a decent burger king with good management in the past and can see how big a disaster this place is

One girl there in the back is OK, has a smile atleast there but in general: Staff poorly trained, no urgency whatsoever out front which leads to everything wrong with this place. Everything takes so long due to the lack of a process. Everything done last minute out front which leads to a load of delays and the kitchen table is the slowest I've ever seen. Drinks and fries only prepared at the very end of each order, only dealing with one order at a time, never multiple order preparation out front. No one has a clue how to actually serve up fries quickly with the bagging tool, down to poor training. The fact that the kitchen table is so slow then means all the fries get stone cold also while out front they stand around wondering what to do. They should go watch KFC swindon next to the shell station close to the m4 roundabout to see how its meant to be done, how fries servings are all dealt with at once and done quickly and confidently.

Most of the staff here have no interest in providing a service to the customer. Terrible attitude throughout the place. No apology when things constantly go wrong, mostly for me, stone cold fries or seeing them find out after already 10 mins there is no chicken nuggets left for my kid so we have to wait even longer while they get cooked up. Total disaster. Would love a chat with the restaurant manager. How can he/she not the total disaster this place is. No communication between out front and the kitchen table is a...

I simply can't recommend this place. I have no idea why they'd only have two people working on a Wednesday evening, but to me you should never have to go into a fast food place and wait 10 minutes to be served and another 15 to get your food, especially when it's not especially busy (there were four people ahead of us on the queue when we came in).

Unfortunately, this also meant that the restaurant was not terribly clean, including a large spillage on the floor that no one had even put a 'wet floor' sign down on.

I'd love to be able to say the service was good, and they tried their best, but you could tell the server was feeling a bit flustered at having so many customers getting fed up. Even a false smile would have made a slight difference, but no such luck.

Normally I'd say that with Burger King you know you're getting good food, but while this wasn't terrible the chips were a little chewy and the burger lukewarm, despite having been cooked to order.

One good thing about Burger King is you can get some really good deals on their mobile app -- there are some burgers you can get with chips from as little as £1.99, which is great value.

I really hope this was a one-off -- maybe someone had called in sick -- but even so they should be better prepared and not let service...

Waited 25 minutes for the food. During this time staff were really slow to do anything and mucking around. Four customer orders were wrong during this time. Our order eventually arrived and was wrong. My wife got the wrong chicken burger but was told it was the right one. It wasn't we checked, different type of roll. I got a cheese burger not a bacon double cheeseburger. When this was pointed out I was told it was the same thing but they forgot to put the bacon in. After prodding my burger with his finger the member of staff put some barely cooked bacon in it and handed it back. When we asked for a different burger as he had handled it and it still didn't resemble the bacon double cheeseburger I know and love he told us that he touches all the food he cooks anyway in very rude manner. Chips were also barely cooked. The rest of the customers were also annoyed at the long waits and wrong orders so I wouldn't be surprised if you have other complaints. I much prefer your burgers to your competitors but have never had an experience this bad or slow in any of their restaurants or anywhere. Also, we had a long journey and waiting 25 minutes for barely cooked and frankly disgusting food delivered by lazy and rude staff is the very last...
