Greggs — Restaurant in England

To clarify... this is shared with Burger King. I was not impressed. Poxy place. Toilets were disgusting. Litter everywhere outside building. Food ordering was slow, and when it turned up, the fries were stone cold. And as per normal... no milkshakes (the machine was broken). The seating area was cold. Too cold for comfort. And we could hear a banging on the outside walls, which staff seemed oblivious to. It was mentioned to the staff behind the counter and they were completely uninterested in it. A complete lack of concern. On leaving the building we cold see that a canvas type advertising banner was rippling in the wind and the metal bits were tapping against the wall... it sounded a lot worse inside the building. I suppose you can get used to anything given enough time.. Back to the visit... so much advertising bumff on the windows. Was it worth having glass? What surprised me, was how busy it was. Very nice lady served me today. I was just thankful my daughter would eat something. She had the tuna mayo and cucumber sandwich thankfully. I had the southern grid chicken warm baguette thing. I honestly don't think I will have it again, it was a skinny poor excuse for itself. You can't see what it is like when you pick it up so you don't know if you're getting a decent one. I also had the vanilla custard slice thing. I have learnt my lesson from previous experiences and took the to off, ate that then ate the bottom with the custard on, other wise it all just squished out when you bite in to it.

Arrived at your store on Thursday morning on the 8th December at 10.35 my colleague order a coffee and sausage roll we come here often the lady who served ues sneezeed into her hands while making a coffee didn't wash her hands after got very defensive when pointed out that she still carried out serving customers very rude poor hygiene and service very disappointed will not be returning...
