Great location on the clifftop, with views ranging from Poole Harbour in the West to the Isle of Wight in the East. Limited indoor seating, but, plenty of outside accommodation. On the down side, they require customers to queue inside to make their order and make payment and in times of high demand that can mean the queue extends outside and a long wait to be served. I also think that their prices are high relative to other nearby establishments, (but I guess that's because of the location and views). On the plus side dogs are welcomed. The food is very tasty and well presented and served by some very lovely lady waitresses. At weekends and holidays they often have an outside DJ playing popular music and holidaying visitors congregate on the adjacent clifftop grassed area creating a wonderful holiday atmosphere. In addition, at those times, they have an outside cabin that serves hot and cold drinks, saving customers from having to queue inside. All in all a very popular...
Read moreLovely cafe, with amazing views!! It does look a bit tired, if I am totally honest and looks like it has mashed together with different parts being updated at different times. However, who cares about that? When it is clean, nice staff and they keep the prices at an affordable level. They had gluten free cake! Yey for me! They had vegan cake! Yey for vegans! So they really have tried to cater for everybody. You can buy alcohol from the bar. Apparently there is music in the evening Friday and Saturday night. There is a play park literally 100yrds away and a mini golf course which we played on for £2.50 each! Had a wonderful time! Kids had a wonderful time! What more could anybody ask for! 😁 parking was free! An affordable place for families to go that will not break your bank! And jeez do we need a bit of that at the moment!...
Read moreOkay, so here's the thing. This place has amazing gluten free cakes, dog ice cream and it overlooks the beach. Problem... When I brought the cake, I had my dog with me who was happily tucking into his ice cream, (coconut flavor, and he loved it!) But another dog was wondering round interested in the ice cream, I took my eyes off my plate for a few seconds and the wind caught the plate and it was goodbye cake. £3 I paid and believe me, it was lovely, but sadly other than a few bites, the birds got it all. Sadly disheartened, I left. I get not wanting crockery outside, but it's still part of the cafe if your on their premises and really, having something so lightweight for take aways even when your eating outside is not great. On the cliff top it's windy even on gentler days. Please review and save others like me from losing your...
