Caffè Nero — Restaurant in England

I like Caffè Nero - much better than Costa- but I do wish the staff would listen to my order and give me what I want.Today I ordered an Americano and a hot chocolate to take out. I got the hot chocolate and a latte! Now I will drink a latte but it isn’t what I ordered. If this was a one off I would not be writing this review but , between them, Guisborough and Middlesbrough shops have done this (or similar) four times. I only go here because my work colleagues go here for lunch at times. I like coffee but find that the difference in cost compared to the difference in taste to a home made coffee is just too much, I do find the coffee better than Starbucks though. The average quality food/snacks here are at premium prices go against my sensible frugal approach, it's just not special enough at this...

I'm a fan of Caffe Nero anyway but this is probably my favourite one. Excellent snacks and drinks as per usual. The staff at the time of my visit were great, super friendly and eager to help. When my wife ordered a particular ice drink that wasn't available they went out of their way to think up an alternative and it was happily received. Oh and the red velvet cake... unreal....
