Caffè Nero — Restaurant in England

Love Cafe Nero coffee. Like to sit and people watch but only in a comfy chair. All Cafe Nero's except for Yarm are disappointingly filthy places particularly in the toilets, the loo in the one in Vanguard (within Next) was disgraceful but as I said earlier, same across all the shops. It is my belief that Cafe Nero do not employ cleaning staff, expecting their waiting staff to do the job. This is not acceptable to me. We stopped to get a frappe asked the girl if I can have a chocolate one ,looked at me like I was asking her to give me her wages ,took her 15 minutes or more to do my drink and then when the drink was ready she past me this cup with the frappe but no cream or anything that the pictures showed 🙃 then she had to look at the pictures that show how to make one ,absolutely disgusting service ,all staff needs customers service training as the both girls looked miserable and they don't know how to be polite and have a smile when you deal...

Being part of a chain, they serve the same food and coffee to the same good standards. Compared to other branches, I would say that it is is comfortably warm, and light, with windows looking onto the Market Square. It's a little compact or, rather, cosy with a few sockets to charge your laptop.
