Casa Di Roma — Restaurant in England

We placed an order on JustEat that didn't arrive after hours of waiting, eventually the restaurant stopped taking our calls. Upon calling the restaurant initially, all we got was "sort it out with JustEat". If you are going to partner with a business that you KNOW we as the customer can't get a hold of either, take a level of responsibility, help us resolve the problem and communicate with us after spending our hard earned cash at your restaurant. We will be seeking compensation.

That being said, we have had food from here before that's been nice! We've also eaten in restaurant, again, food was nice, but customer service not so Im afraid!

We will never be eating or ordering from here again, and advising the people we know...

First time in Casa Di Roma, what a gem ! Only regret we have we not been here before ! Phoned in to book a table last minute and thwy managed to accommodate us, the service was brilliant and the food was just something else! Me and my partner had starter each amd also pizza to share all for starters 🙈 my prawns were so fresh and tasty cooked to perfection! The pizza was also very fresh and so so tasty ! We both had a pasta dish as main, and omg the steak and mushrooms pasta was to die for ! 10 out of 10 for service and food, we will definitely be going back and couldn't recommend this place enough 👌 Thank you for finding a table for us and thank you for amazing food...

Came to this restaurant for valentines evening , service was okay nothing special , the peroni was flat , suspect it’s the glass and not the beer , we had the valentines menu , myself having a prawn cocktail on a bed of lettuce , could of done with a bit of cocktail sauce on it , was okay and a fair portion , steak with mushrooms and onions , spicy fries, there was next to no flavour on a very bland steak , half was cooked medium rare half was cooked medium , there was no taste in the mushroom and onions , Overall a meal that cost more than I would of paid for , I’m from a background of hospitality and in my opinion , this restaurant could...
