Mystic Diners — Restaurant in England

This was the place back in the day but unfortunately it’s succumbed to poor service and greed. Sorry but £4.50 is ridiculous for chips and cheese and there’s much better value and quality elsewhere in town - save your money and go to Bostons. No wander the place always seems empty these days.

Long gone are the days where they’d give you a pounds worth of Donner meat on your way home from a night out with a bit of banter and scooter blaring at 2am. Unfortunately they are a symptom of the times we’re living in and they’ve forgotten their core values which used to be good quality food and generous portions served with a smile. (The silver hair guy killed any kind of atmosphere or cheer in there) Wouldn’t feed my dog this overpriced muck. Judging by other reviews and the desperate offers they’re trying to push I don’t think they’ll be around for much longer. Shame as I have good memories...

Ordered tonight a treat for a few friends waited over an hour and rang to ask where my order was to be told they are having problems with delivery driver and I would get my food in 20 mins and they where just cooking it I said wanted food here or a refund I then range 30min later to be told it had only just left shop and they added extra bottle of pop for the inconvenience I then waited another 15 min it was only a (1.5 mile journey from the shop to us) before it turned up for the food to be cold and no extra bottle of pop and bits missing I had the phone put down on me multiple times was told I couldn't have refund until manager was in I will be ringing back tomorrow for my refund. I was offered 2 free pizzas for my next order but with customer service how it was and wrong order i wont be ordering again. They where rude and have no clue of customer...

If I could 0 stars I would. Customer service is absolutely appalling. Ordered 2 small pizzas at 20:05 was meant to be here at 20:35-20:55 didn’t turn up. Rang them at 21:20 told me it wouldn’t be much longer. Why it took that long to make small two pizzas anyway I don’t know. Got to 22:00 and I was getting annoyed so my partner rang back and was told it was delivered, opened my front door and it was sat outside freezing cold because no one had knocked. We have a dog who barks at anyone walking past let alone knocking. The staff member or owner (I’d hope it wasn’t the owner with his awful attitude) told us we were lying and he wasn’t going to do anything to correct his mistake.
