Firstly, I must apologise to Prezzo for rolling up with a 50% off all food voucher- but then again, you sent me it in the first place! My partner Tracie and I went to our local Prezzo last night to celebrate her birthday. We have been a few times before but this visit was our best yet. On entering, there was already quite a few diners, just enough to create a bit of an atmosphere. We were greeted by Brooke, a friendly and efficient young waitress , who showed us to our table then continued to look after us very well for the rest of the evening. After ordering drinks, we perused the menu and decided on Crab and Lobster Ravioli with a side of Focaccia for Trace and the Very Meaty Calzone with a side salad for myself. Our meals came fairly quickly and smelled, looked and tasted amazing- I’m definitely gonna try that ravioli next time! Despite being stuffed, we couldn’t resist the Dessert menu. After all it was a birthday celebration! Trace had the Quadruple Chocolate Cookie Dough while I opted for the Caramel Macchiato Sundae with a shot of espresso and they were both divine. Luckily for me, Trace couldn’t finish hers so I had to bravely step up to the plate to do it for her! All told, a really lovely dining experience and obviously fantastic value with the discount. Well done to all the staff and to Brooke for the great service.

Food was amazing, I had the lasagna which tasted delicious. The sticky toffee pudding was heavenly, however the "chocolate brownie dome" was not worth the £6.15 because whilst the cake did come with a hot liquid to "melt" the dome, we were not told to do this by a waiter, instead we found it out after eating the desert, from the menu, which i think the waiter should tell you, also the desert itself wasn't that nice so would not recommend it. Furthermore the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall the atmosphere was calm but still there was a bit of noise of other people, which I personally like. The interior is designed with posh taste and looks modern and very high end. I also liked that the huge pizza oven was on display and that you could see the pizzas being made. However there was one more problem that caused me to put 4/5 stars and not 5/5 and that is because on 2 occasions during our meal we had to pick new items because they had run out of certain items on the menu, this was confusing because the restaurant had just opened for the day and it wasn't that busy. But apart from that would highly recommend going to here for a lovely meal in a modern looking restaurant.

We were excited to the 99p menu deal and had booked for 6pm... This is where it started to go wrong... The restaurant didn't seem to realise how popular this deal was and there was queues outside the door all night (see photo) on arrival the restaurant was rammed and not available for our 6pm booking we got seated at half past and didn't get a drink until another half hour later. The poor waiting staff were clearly overwhelmed by the sheer number of booking the system had allowed! It felt abuse of staff, who were sweating and run off their feet! The atmosphere was drastically affected by the chaotic feel in the restaurant that night ... We asked the poor waitress why so many people were allowed to book - she didn't know and wasn't informed of the volume of guests ... Is this management issue that needs address? We were being constantly watched by people in the queue, it was extremely uncomfortable and had we known the restaurant was prioritising volume over a quality atmosphere, we wouldn't have booked! As delicious as the food is, the atmosphere was awkward and not enjoyable whatsoever. Would not recommend or attend another 99p chaotic evening!

Well last sunday a polite girl serving us must of went out the night before or just not great at her job cos she was a disaster. I understand accidents happen and people do not perform like robots and can be over worked, stressed etc but.... First of all a whole glass of beer was spilt all over the table chairs and floor, lucky not on us and obviously she cleaned up as much as you can but would of been better to have moved us as it was quiet and there many tables available cos the floor needed mopping but through out the meal you could smell beer as the floor was still damp from a cloth wipe up. So we ordered starters a sharing platter amongst other things and given no plates which we ended up getting ourselves cos the waitress was no where to be seen. Also i was served a dirty class and wasn't asked if i wanted a lemon or not in my drink i was just in the glass.... I dislike lemons a lime would of be nice, Maybe as ask for people preferences? The ravioli was like water not sauce and one pizza was like why does half of the pizza have no cheese and just sauce, also things we're missed off our order for the starters and was put as main even tho the orders where done sperately and got mixed up with what we wanted. We had multiple drinks and other glasses took a while to leave our table. In the past 18 months I've been to this location twice and wasn't disappointed at all zero to complain about hence why coming back for a third time. Ive also been to other prezzo and never had a such a bad experience of food service. This was a huge let down for a Birthday meal when a decent amount of money has been spent even with 15% off. We were offered more 15% off vouchers for our next visit, we left them on the table. Only one person in of the group really enoughed there food everyone else walked out feeling very...
