after using cheers pizza for years as myself and family enjoy the pizzas im afaid i wont never be using these again . cannot thought the pizza's or time they take to deliver however on this occaison i ordered some ribs with my pizza on opening them up and i guess i was lucky they never coverd a certain part of the ribs with sauce i found muld and not aliitle quite alot if it had been coverd with sauce i would have never known and gladly eat them . feeling pysicly sick i drove to the take away place and asked if they could tell me what was wrong with thses ribs the first guy looked and found the problem then im guessing what was the owner lokked and could not find anything wrong . speaking in there own langauge they had a dissusen and said that its not there fault the they get the ribs from somewhere else would i like some more . on hearing this i said i want my money back and they gave me £4 i said i want money back for whole order as i feel pysically sick i threw the pizza in the bin . they would not refund me whole amount . therfore i will not be using this...

Don't often order Pizza but have used Cheerz for the past 6 years + have always enjoyed them. I phoned tonight + received fantastic service, the phone was answered immediately + the Lady was polite + helpful and went through everything carefully + asked to ensure they had what I wanted (Anchovies arn't always available from some places though Cheerz always seem to have in stock) , I phoned back a few minutes later to add something to my order + it rang about 6 times a man answered (I could hear the Woman taking an order in the background) + he was also friendly + helpful. Pizza was delivered within the 45 mins stated, was HOT + I enjoyed my BBQ Ribs + Cheesy Garlic Bread too.
