Great food, however they have such poor takeaway service. Both times I've ordered takeaway from them, the first time it was 45 minutes late and second time my takeaway order I did online went to collection rather than delivery. I tried to call them to rectify that I wanted delivery and not collection however after trying to call them LITERALLY 88 times, I'm not joking I couldn't get through because the line was busy every time. If this company has this much of a supply demand then the owner should recognise this and up the head count to cover this growth. Shame really. Although their food is pretty good, without the good service to go with it - it doesn't really make me want to use them again and go through this every time. I probably wont be using them...

unfortunately, my party all left with food poisoning after our meal which is a real shame as this place used to be amazing. the food we received came very quickly, and was cold and tough. as well as this it seems the prices have gone up whilst the portion sizes have slightly decreased, unless i was just unlucky with the cuts of chicken i received.

overall the service is great and our member of staff was very kind and helpful, although ordering our food was a bit confusing and felt a bit unnecessary with the option of ordering online or in person both at the same time.

if this place improved its hygiene and overall atmosphere then it would’ve got 5 stars, but since we left with food poisoning i don’t think we’ll be returning...

Unfortunately, I cant leave a no star review. Ordered a veggie wrap along with other items, and we got a chicken wrap, despite the label saying otherwise. I fully understand that mistakes happen, but the customer service was unbelievably appalling. We contacted them and the member of staff who we spoke with was not interested in helping, she said that is "was not her fault" and that "she didn't make it". They would not order and deliver another wrap. All you needed to do was apologise make the correct wrap and deliver it. if this is the level of customer service you seem acceptable then that is dreadful. As result of this poor customer service you have lost 4 customers. it is a shame as the food is good...
