New Mandarin Chef — Restaurant in Great Britain

Ordered a takeaway from Manderin Chef on a Thursday. Took 1.30Hrs to arrive as the driver could not find us, even when he called he could not take simple directions. We then found part of the order was missing. I called to let Manderin know and that we wanted a refund which the women didn’t accept because she had already sent the driver out. I reluctantly said OK but 20 mins later and no Coke. I called and demanded a refund and after several attempts the women agreed.

Later after washing up I missed a call by 2 minutes from Manderin’s driver saying he was outside. I called him straight back, who wasn’t the same driver and he was 20 mins away from us?! I said please don’t come back as I want a refund. I called the women at Manderin and again took several attempts to get her to agree to give me a refund?!

The food was cold and greasy but the kick in the nuts was after demanding (and well within my rights) a refund multiple times, had agreed and confirmed but…

Manderin Chef redelivered the cans of Coke ….. 2 DAYS LATER AT 4PM ON...

Only use on a Saturday night if you expect to wait 1.5 hours for cold food and have part of your order missing. You will then have to request a refund of the item that wasn't delivered to be told you have had it delivered and that you are telling lies. Also that the food is delivered cold because it is winter. It is actually a mild Feb evening!! They can't deliver the missing item as they have other customers. I'm sorry... am I missing something here... I am a customer who paid you £30 for food that was not delivered or was cold. Although I have requested a refund, I have not yet had this. Unfortunately I will not be using again because they cannot grasp that a customer purchasing goods from them has the right to receive these goods and all they seem bothered with is how many more orders they can get paid for that night after f#!king up yours. Far too busy to care about your order!!! BAD...

Whenever I am in Poole and I fancy a Chinese I will always order from here. My Nan would always order, we were loyal customers for 15 years! And the food was really good. However I ordered tonight my favourite dish, “Singapore noodles”, and what I love is that I always know what Im going to expect from here… well I thought.. quite honestly I was shocked with the amount of onion which was in this noodle dish! Really big pieces too! Its never been like this! I felt that they overloaded it as a way to fill it out make it look like there was more so in actual fact there was less noodles and meat. And on top of that the chicken balls have halved in size. When you slice the batter off there is hardly any chicken, they are so small now It’s quite a rip off!
