Costa Coffee Drive-Thru — Restaurant in England

Retrying costa again after banning it for over one year for being expensive and disgusting. The most disgusting and disappointing coffee I’ve ever had. Kit Kat mocha tasted of nothing - just bitter and bland. The vanilla late had a horrible taste of sweetener and was way too milky despite the extra shot of coffee.

The only nice thing was the m&s sandwich which has nothing to do with costa.

No wonder costa failed in Europe the coffee is straight up nasty and overpriced the ultimate blend was a massive disappointment too .

The staff are friendly but imo not properly trained baristas… the coffee is just too disgusting, I’ve thrown away the two coffee ordered for me and my partner.

Also overfilled the cups which split all over the car when taking off… Starbucks cups have a lid over the mouthpiece to stop liquid coming out.

Just left Costa off yarn road and I'm not impressed with the cleanliness. The young gentlemen who served us proceeded to clear the tables but left them dirty he then wiped his nose on the back of his hand plus sticking his finger up there to disgusting .he didn't wash his hands even .he carried on serving customers with what can only say with dirty snotty hands .another member of staff then came to sweep the floor and clear more tables again no one cleaned them there was spillage on the floor behind the counter which any member of staff could have slipped up on .there I a serious lack of cleanliness in this Costa I wouldn't go again I suggest the staff renew there hygiene...

This is by far the best Costa I have visited, anywhere! The staff are superb and there is an excellent chemistry between customer and barista. Admittedly I am a weekly regular, but this morning no bacon rolls were visible in the display cabinet. So, I opted for something else - perfectly acceptable. Whilst waiting in the queue a member of staff (manager?) came up to me with a wrapped bacon roll to exchange for the option I had selected. Now, I know these guys are excellent Baristas, but mind readers too?!! Just another example of the excellent customer service you receive here.
