KFC Darlington - Yarm Road — Restaurant in England

I have made a complaint to head office I understand you are busy but deal with it that's how you make your money. Today was I was appalled with your service At the speakerphone the lady had trouble hearing me and all the other drivers ordering

I ordered a boneless banquet box meal and a mini fillet burger , The Popcorn chicken was in the wrong container and I received literally 4x pieces, for anyone unaware of the size of the piece it's the same size as popcorn. The boneless fillets was grey with a wet white sauce substance coming from the middle of the chicken wich I could only imagine eating unless tortured and made to do so....

Mini fillet burger - same white sauce and grey chicken piece inside what smelled like mouldy bread Chips cold - cold Corn on the cob stick - cold I waited 18 minutes in the que watching a staff member from within the store behind the counter eating what ever she could find out of her nose texting on her phone, i paid for my disgusting food at the payment window and the lady never handed me my 2p change (not that I need it but I am pretty sure this is theft)

This place has 0 parking for disabled drivers as the KFC food delivery drivers choose to park here. Would i recommend? : definitely not Go to some other KFC that can operate...

Probably the worst one I've been to out of all the KFC chains, and I've been to a lot haha. It's always very slow service, even when the drive-thru isn't busy. And it's the only one where the food is sometimes cold. I once sat in the drive-thru for 5 minutes waiting to be served, only to be told by another customer behind me it was broken. No signage, no personnel about to guide you, but a long queue of cars behind me. I just hate going there but it's a few minutes from work and we all love a fat Friday. I now go with the mindset that I'm not going to get served quickly, the food will likely be cold and I may have to park up for it. They never disappoint me haha. The staff are fine though, so I feel sorry for them if they're under-resourced. The one in Middlesbrough near the stadium is great. Almost like a different company to deal with, so maybe they just can't attract the staff. I'll still go as you can't beat a KFC every...

I walked in and wanted to walk back out again, it was that horrible. Even when you look past the chav city of the place, people didnt know where to queue to start with. Stations for supplies were empty. There was only 1 person on tills and collection services and she obviously was doing too much during a busy period. Busy periods it is just common sense to have more than one person on - terrible management. During waiting I had to go to the toilet so left my tween in line with cash and she was even told there was nothing available for her to buy that she wanted. While in the toilet the floors were wet with puddles and wet tissue everywhere, even a pair of wet socks. When we walked in it was trashy enough everywhere but this is obviously poor management and poor training. I wanted to turn around as soon as I walked tbh but gave it a chance and was just left with a family shocked...
