Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

This restaurant is absolutely fantastic . We were graciously attended to by two wonderfully kind baristas. One, named Lucy, and the other, an equally fantastic lady whose name we unfortunately did not catch. Both were exceptionally polite and understanding, making our experience truly delightful. We ordered a Too Good To Go bag, and they were incredibly helpful throughout the process. This wasn’t my first visit to this marvelous Costa. On previous occasions, when I used the drive-thru, the service was impressively swift, with the staff exhibiting unparalleled politeness. Each visit, whether drive-thru or in-person, has been nothing short of phenomenal. In my opinion, this is undoubtedly the finest Costa in Yeovil, and perhaps all of Somerset, boasting the best staff one could hope for. Thank you for the consistently excellent service! This is my local Costa and we were delited to hear the news of a new Costa opening soon. I visit Costa 2/3 times a week all around the south west. but on both occasions the early week day staff customer service isn't brilliant. Twice I'm short changed on the shot and the milk as they don't fill the cup up to the top. I pay I full so I expect a full cup of coffee with both full shots not 1 and I drip. Again I had to as the despondent girl to please add more milk as Again she didn't full the cup . Evern after the coffee was disgusting to drink . Very miffed about this and I will not be coming to Yeovil Costa /...

Very expensive and not a lot of choice of soft drinks especially for sugar free. It was our first visit to Costa and our last. The music was dull so the atmosphere was nonexistent.
