Westlands Entertainment Venue — Restaurant in Great Britain

I am eventually getting round to writing a review when we had my husbands 60th birthday party at westlands .... in May !!!

Firstly I would like to thank ALL the staff for their help in organising and setting up the venue and the bar staff for never letting us wait long to get served 🍹🍺🍹

The venue itself itself is lovely - you can have it as big or as small as you like - we had all 3 rooms so we could have a band and a DJ. That was a perfect size with lots of room for room for dancing. The bar area is huge and it suited all our needs. The whole is decorated lovely - it looks so clean and fresh.

The food - WOW !!! It was amazing -altho I didnt have any sandwiches (my own fault😿😿) but everyone ...complemented the amount and the taste 😋😋 - Pork Pies and Sausage Rolls - delish and all home made. Also catering for celiacs and vegetarians.

We have no hesitation in giving this venue 5🌟 and recommendation to others.

Nice venue, good sound, larger than you think! My experience was good but the organisation of the event was a bit of a let down. Due to the door opening times not being displayed or informed to customers, the start time of the event was the only thing to go by. On arrival we went to get a drink, so did 1000 other people meaning the event started late and lots of people went without. The company did push the show up so nobody missed out there but after 20 minutes there was an interval and again 1000 people wanted a drink so either way it was a difficult process. The second half was 70 minutes and as you can imagine, 1000 people that just ordered double drinks twice and skipped the loo break as they might not be allowed in, were all clambering to the toilets. Walking out of this venue looked a lot easier than driving out that is for sure! I would return but would definitely keep this...

Venue is OK as was the parking. The Cinderella Panto and the whole cast just brilliant and so much fun and will go see them wherever they perform. But What I marked the venue down was because I went to buy ice cream from peoe stood at the front selling them and a member of staff asked of I was buying ice cream and I replied yes. She told me that I couldn't and had to go to the main bar to which I replied no I couldn't and they didn't get my money either because it really annoyed me as other people went up after me and they got served ice cream which left me feeling quite annoyed. First time to Westlands Venue and if it wasn't for the Panto having to go their for 2024 I wouldn't bother again. But a masive welcome to the whole crew who put on a fantastic Panto and so much...
