Normally have a good experience here, however, it was my friends birthday and I kindly bought her a drink. I asked for the drink to be altered, and understandably it was a fruit cooler, however I wanted to add coconut milk into it as I had tried it before and loved the ‘pina colada’ taste. The woman outrightly refused to add the coconut milk even tho I requested to alter the drink. She could’ve handled this very differently and explained why I couldn’t alter it, or even give me a side of coconut milk to add in once it’s blended. I have previously worked at Starbucks and understand there are dairy/dairy free jugs, however I would absolutely never refuse to customise a customers drink if they ask for it, and if I was to refuse I would explain with a reason why. If only there were a strong, independent coffee shop in Sixfields that didn't need no big corporate! I went here for a few scant coffees over my time in Upton and there were issues each time.

When I used the drive-thru they had run out of ice or the machine wasn't working. It was early afternoon at this point! It was just the day for a cold coffee, too!

I walked there once and tried to order on the app to save time to collect and go when I got there. Something went wrong and they had to put through my order again. Not major but clearly something wasn't working right.
