I got food from here twice in the last week due to busy work schedules, the first time I ordered I realised when I got home (15 minute drive away)they messed up my order, tried to call up, no one answered, my first KFC in about 3 months ruined.
Went back there tonight for another order as I still fancied KFC chicken as most of my order earlier in the week had been missed, this time decided to check my order while still in the drive thru, unwrapped the food in my vehicle and found they had given me the wrong food, told the lady working the counter and she was incredibly rude about, it rather than just accepting my order had been messed up she decided to try to make out I asked for the wrong things, she then took the incorrect food from me and put the chicken back into the display cabinet despite me unwrapping this in my own car, not safe at all considering the current situation, all I would have took was for me or my partner to have the virus and it get transmitted to the food and end up contaminating a future customer as the chicken was put back when this should have been disposed of. Can’t remember this branch ever fulfilling a complete order of mine without stuff missing, this is bad but what’s worse is the customer service and lack of hygiene awareness...
Read moreSecond time in a couple of months I’ve been there and the quality of food has been abysmal and the customer service has been even worse. First time I took my food back as the grease on the chicken made the coating soggy, it was dripping and there was a puddle in the bottom of the bucket. The look and attitude I got from the staff was diabolical the response when taking it back was “what do you want us to do about it” they refused to give a refund, they did replace the food which wasn’t much better but the looks we got from them were appalling. Yesterday I got a drive thru and I asked if they still done a certain drink? He said no, then I asked if had any alternatives or anything like what I was asking for and he said the menu is in front of me (in the drive thru they only display their new or promotional items) I told him this and you could hear him sigh through the speaker as though this was too much bother for him. Went round to collect and the lady barely put the card reader out of the window I asked how much it was and her reply was “it’s on there” (it was blank) I advised her this and again the attitude on her was awful. Read moreI came with my partner today in the afternoon. I’m this place are a lot of missing regulations. We do not eat often but also in the same time we expect as a customer to be treated with respect. We entered the place and all the tables like all of them were full of rubbish like literally you couldn’t find a clean space/ table as dirty as it was. We went to order and one lady from the staff spilled the coke all over the table . They start laughing one to each rather and showing to the other colleagues what happened even one customer was actually waiting to be served. The guy who took our order seem to be high as he placed an incorrect order and he was laughing histericall. When I asked him to clean one of the tables he said that is not their fault as the customers don’t keep it clean. Actually the bins were full and no one bother to empty them. When he was sent to start cleaning the mess he went in the back of one of the bins and started to check his phone. Our zinger chicken was without the salad and the ladies from the desk didn’t bother to explain that they do not have it in stock.
