Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Went here with my mother and my grandma, absolutely appalling. Waited about 10-15 minutes for the order. They ended up making other people's orderes when we were before them. All we ordered was 2 flat whites, then we asked for a refund,so we got one. Then the guy at the till was trying to forget to give us the recept. Absolutely discusted, never...

Known to get orders incorrect, and if correct made wrong. For example they made an iced tea… warm.

You can over hear them swearing while sat at the window, as well as right in front of you so be careful if you’ve got children in the car with you or simply just not wanting to hear that sort of language.
