Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

The specific location here is nice, pretty cosy, nice personnel, ammable. 5 stars rating for it!

Generally speaking, Costa is the synonym of good coffee for me.. But not in UK unfortunately. It's like their coffee tastes a bit like chemicals - unfortunately. (Starbucks are in the same boat too) So, this is why I'm only giving it a 4 stars rating overall.

It's strange that, "at home", they're not producing their best tasting product. So, the best of Costa coffee I had, was in Bulgaria, Sofia. And I assume that this was the case, because of the milk they were using - greek Olympus.

Other than that, I'm still visiting Costa's locations everywhere I'm traveling, hoping to rediscover the taste that made me fall in love with their...

Was served by Anne and she was horrible, I simply asked if she had pumpkin spiced flavouring (as I'm pregnant and seriously craving it ) she rudely responded with this isn't a Starbucks. I was not in anyway implying that this was in fact a Starbucks. Bewitched, Greggs and Nero infact have pumpkin spice as an option therefor don't understand why I received such a rude remark about a simple menu question. She then proceeded to talk about me to her male college about the fact I wanted my cream separate, I do this for alligan reasons. Will not be returning absolutely disgusted to be spoken and treat like this as a 35 week...

Service was ridiculously slow as its been on my last couple of visits. Seems to be enough staff but not organised. People are allowed to walk in, sit down, order on the app for takeaway (came in after us but got drinks 5 minutes before us) and then sit in and eat. I appreciate its not easy to police so is it a case of if you can beat them join them. Also the place is not as clean as it should be. On the other hand the Costa in the Next store a couple of doors away is always run smoothly. Having tried this Costa again we'll be returning to the other...
