The all-day breakfast, which should have been a symphony of flavors, was more like a silent movie. If blandness were an Olympic sport, this meal would be a gold medalist. Post-consumption, I spent a solid two hours curled up like a distressed hedgehog, praying to any deity that would listen.

I came to this branch of Morrisons as it's quite local, and I don't usually have issues with the food or service. But alas, when I went last week, I was astonished at the customer service and food quality. I odered a all day breakfast and a hot drink. ( You can refill with hot drinks for free as long as you pay with the meal) What I got was substandard. Hash browns were soggy and burnt, but the egg was ok, though. Had breakfast with my granddaughter and great grandson, didn’t like the ordering part, no interaction with a person, not good for anyone that isn’t savvy with ordering on a tablet, luckily granddaughter was with me. Didn’t wait very long for our food, had a bit of a problem with the drinks machine and the hot chocolate, second cup was just milk and hot water, was told that they would get some chocolate off of the shop floor, after a bit of a wait the machine rectified itself, chocolate off of the shop floor never materialised.
