Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

This costa has a generally warm atmosphere. The colour scheme is pretty, not too overwhelming. However is can get loud and is flooded with students after school. Its location isn't too bad, there is parking nearby and the service is fast/friendly. As part of a chain, you know what to expect- the sandwiches are premade and the coffee is as expected. However the range of baked goods always seem fresh enough. I wouldn't recommend taking children as there is nothing to keep them occupied so they will get bored quickly. For a quick lunch with friends it is perfect. The seating includes some nice sofas as well as the standard wooden chairs. There is a view of the street from the large windows. The ordering process is simple and the staff are efficient. There is always a lovely smell of coffee, but don't take my word for it- check it...

Always amazing service and incredibly friendly staff. I have been in a few times with my baby and if I am carrying my baby, I am always offered for my drink to be bought to me so I can settle / feed or just have a sit with my child. Today I forgot to grab sugar and the manager unexpectedly offered to get me some. It was such a small gesture but as my baby was asleep on me it meant a lot to be able to not unnecessarily disturb her.

The only thing that could be improved is more vegan / milk free options (food). Unfortunately there is next to no savoury options which does not contain milk because everything has butter in but I am aware this is not the issue of this...

The best Costa in the uk, the staff are so so nice, they always make my drinks really well and it is clean and warm in there. The people in Alsager are so nice I love it there. When I’m in Alsager I forget I’m in the uk because the people are so nice and friendly and most people in the uk are rude and irritating however the people in Alsager are not, I really want to live there because it’s such a positive atmosphere, although I’m not the biggest fan of Milton park because it’s a boring there but like oh well that’s fine that’s calm kinda sick kinda not period t luv bubz see ya in the skeng end innit Brutha from another...
